Shutters or Blinds?
Shutters:

Blinds:

Blinds come in a variety of materials, including wood, faux wood, metal, and fabric, and are more versatile in terms of design and operation. They are generally not fixed to the window frame.
Which Shutters or Blinds for each room?
Living Room
Recommended: Real Hard Wood Shutters or Venetian Blinds
Why? Real Hard Wood shutters provide a sophisticated look, offering great light control for social spaces. Venetian blinds, particularly in wood or faux wood, add a classic feel and allow for fine-tuned light control.
